‘After Hours Wind Down’ Announced as New Nighttime Event at Epcot

There's a new hard ticket event available for guests at Epcot and it's a delicious one!

The 'After Hours Wind Down' will be available on select nights from April 17 through September 15 and takes place after IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth has ended.

Tickets to the event are $35 per person entitle each guest to one beverage and a selection of light snacks. The 'Wind Down' will take place at four World Showcase locations: La Cava del Tequila in Mexico, Rose & Crown Pub & Dining Room in the United Kingdom, Spice Road Table in Morocco, and Tutto Gusto in Italy.

While the full After Hours Wind Down menus haven't been released, our friends at the Disney Food Blog have some information on a few possible choices for the After Hours Wind Down.

At La Cava del Tequila guests can enjoy a sampler of Ceviche Acapulqueno, Tlacoyo de Puerco, and Tostada de Tinga, and beverage choices include a tequila flight, shot of Tequila Ambhar Blanco, shot of Tequila Partida Reposado, shot of Tequila Casa Noble Anejo, or a shot of Mezcal Sombra Blanco.

Meanwhile over at Spice Road Table guests will enjoy a menu that "may include Lamb Sliders, Chicken Rolls, or Moroccan Sausages paired with a White or Red Wine Flight." And the offerings at Tutto Gusto "may include traditional cured meats, cheeses, and Italian Antipasti paired with Italian wine flights."

Never really understood why they don't keep all bars and restaurants and shops open immediately after the illuminations. Allow the child-free adults to stay for something to eat and drink whilst everyone else goes back to bed.

Of course there are practicalities around staffing and transportation but there must be thousands of people keen to have another drink or a meal at this time.

I agree with Neil! ^^
My boyfriend and I are trying this out tomorrow (Friday) evening- we've booked the Rose and Crown edition. We'll let you know how it is! I'm excited about it.

Well, after 20+ years as a DVC member . . It's About D...er, Darn Time. Now that we have lost 'Pleasure Island' it would be Great to have someplace could go 'after hours'. Luv the late hours at Epcot, but, am tired of riding the same rides over-and-over-and-over-and. . . . .

Totally agree with Neil, Kristen, and Ashley. Some adult night life would be welcome again. Ashley - Please, tell it like it is after you go. This just may be an opening to a new 'Pleasure Island' for us all.

Ashley - Please do come back and let us know about it!

Florida Sandman - I've heard that there are going to be some great new bars once the Disney Springs expansion is finished. I'm excited about that prospect.
