2017 Epcot Food and Wine Festival News Round-Up

The 2017 Epcot Food and Wine Festival kicks off August 31 this year and runs for a record 75 days! We have some of the latest news in today's round-up including the return of ABC's The CHEW to the festival, and Eat to the Beat concert news.

ABC's hit daytime cooking and talk show The CHEW is returning to the Food and Wine Festival this year to tape several episodes. The show is slated to tape during the week of October 4-6 with the shows airing the week of October 9-13.

The CHEW is also returning to the Festival's marketplace booths with a new booth, Earth Eats. The booth's menu will feature several popular dishes from recent years including Ricotta and Zucchini Ravioli with Rustic Tomato Sauce, and the Grilled Beef Skewer with Romaine, Apricots and Feta Cheese and Peanut Butter and White Chocolate Mousse with a Caramel Drizzle.

Fans can win a trip to the Epcot Food and Wine Festival this year thanks to The CHEW's Magical Culinary Adventures Sweepstakes! You can enter between now and September 15 and the winner and three guests will win a trip to the Festival between October 3 and October 8 to enjoy a taping of The CHEW. The winner will also receive a $500 Disney Gift Card.

And don't forget, the full Eat to the Beat concert lineup has also been announced. Performers this year include The Hooters, Fuel, Air Supply, Sister Hazel, Sugar Ray, .38 Special, Taylor Dayne, and more. Check out the full lineup here.
