Disney News Round-up: Club 33 Lounges Coming to Walt Disney World, The Polite Pig is Open at Disney Springs, and More

Happy Monday! We're back with another installment of our Disney news round-up and today we're talking about food! Specifically we're talking about Club 33 lounges, a new fast casual spot in Disney Springs, and more. Let's check it out.

The Polite Pig is now open at Disney SpringsThe Polite Pig is now open at Disney Springs

The Polite Pig opened last week in Town Center at Disney Springs! This new fast-casual spot is serving up "modern barbecue," all drinks on tap, and a sauce bar! Our friends at the Disney Food Blog checked it out on opening day and have a delicious review here!

Club 33, the members-only restaurant in Disneyland, is headed to Walt Disney World! In fact, Disney World is getting FOUR Club 33 Lounges, one in each theme park. There aren't many concrete details about this new addition, but the rumor is the cost will be hefty (much like Club 33 on the West Coast). We'll keep you updated!

And finally, Disney Vacation Club members can now make reservations for two special events: one for Mother's Day at Disney World and the other for Father's Day at Disneyland. The DVC Member Mother's Day Brunch is May 14 at the Fantasia Ballroom in Disney's Contemporary Resort, and the DVC Member Father's Day is June 18 at the Sequoia Ballroom at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa.

What do you think about the new Club 33 Lounges coming to Disney World? Let us know in the comments.
