Disney's Senses Spa Day Pass

Spending some time at Disney's Senses Spas is a luxurious way to pamper yourself while enjoying a Walt Disney World Vacation. On my last trip I stopped by Senses at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort to peruse the gift shop. While I was there the Cast Member at the desk informed me of a secret way to enjoy the spa with a day pass!

Located just off to the side from the Carriage House and High Rock Springs Pool, Disney's Senses Spa at Saratoga Springs Resort is one of two full service spa locations on property. When you walk in the doors you enter a beautiful lobby and gift shop. I spent some time browsing the shelves lined with spa and beauty products that you can purchase for home use. You can also pick up a personal Senses Robe to remember your visit to the spa.

A friendly Cast Member greets guests to check them in check-in. I had stopped by to ask a question about the locker rooms in the fitness center, and that's when I learned that for an upgraded experience you can purchase a day pass for the spa's common areas. As someone who enjoys the day passes at Senses on the Disney Cruise Line I was quite excited to hear that for $25 (at time of publication) I could enjoy a spa day pass on land as well.

Senses Day Passes at Saratoga Springs Resort are available on a limited basis with the quantity depending on how many treatment appointments have been booked at the spa. Access includes the spa locker rooms, thermal suites (hot tubs, sauna, steam rooms), heated loungers, and the relaxation area as well as its assorted snacks and beverages.

A full day of spa treatments isn't always in my budget at Walt Disney World, however I would happily pay $25 to enjoy the thermal suites and relaxation room at the facilities. If you're looking for a more low-key way to pamper yourself during vacation, consider adding a spa day pass to your next travel itinerary.

What do you think if the land based day passes? Is this something that you might do on your next Disney trip? Leave a comment and let me know what you think!
