The new Trials of the Temple attraction will feature new sets and new characters including a villain from the Disney XD series Star Wars Rebels. The Jedi Training Academy at Disneyland will also feature the new name and characters later this fall.

The current Jedi Training Academy features 12 young Padawans in each show who are training under a Jedi Master to learn how to use the Force. During the show the Jedis-in-training are challenged to use their skills to defeat the Dark Side.

The Jedi Training Academy has been part of Disney's Hollywood Studios for 8 years. The new Trials of the Temple will likely continue on the stage adjacent to Star Tours: The Adventure Continues.
