Mac & Cheese Truck Coming To Disney Springs In March 2019

The fleet of food trucks parked on at Exposition Park on the West Side makes for a trendy and tasty food court at Disney Springs. Rolling in this March the fleet will be rounded out with a brand-new delicious addition - the Mac & Cheese Truck. Rich, creamy, and oh-so-cheesy Mac & Cheese is one of America's favorite foods. The new Mac & Cheese Truck is sure to be a hit.

According to the Disney Parks Blog there will be several exciting flavor combinations available for guests to enjoy.

• Crunchy Mac-N-Cheese is loaded with six different cheeses and topped with crunchy cheesey puffs.
• Bacon Cheeseburger Mac-N-Cheese has a combination of creamy Cheddar and American cheeses mixed with ground beef. That's topped with bacon, shredded lettuce, tomato, sliced pickles, ketchup, mustard, and crispy potato sticks.
• Chicken Parmesan Mac-N-Cheese changes things up with Alfredo sauce topped off with crispy fried chicken, marinara sauce, Parmesan cheese, and basil.
• Smoked Brisket Mac-N-Cheese promises down home goodness full of cheddar and smoked gouda, then topped with smokey brisket, sweet and tangy barbecue sauce, crispy onion rings, and chives.
• Lobster and Shrimp Mac-N-Cheese with cheddar and Swiss topped with buttery lobster, shrimp, and crackers.
