The intricate gardens of the UK Pavilion are lush and vibrant right now. Vibrant plantings compliments towers of bright red poinsettia, and Christmas Trees with plaid bows golden accents. There's a cheerful feeling in the air and the holiday spirit pervades every inch of the land.

Father Christmas tells joyful tales of the many Christmas traditions that originated in the United Kingdom. From the ringing of the bells, yuletide carols, the history of Christmas cards, and even an ancient Druid story about the hanging of the mistletoe at winter solstice. His jovial manner and rosy cheeks just make a person want to smile, and grown-ups will find if they pay close attention he's just a little bit naughty. Though that humor will go right over the heads of the younger guests.

While there is no Holiday Kitchen located in the United Kingdom Pavilion, The Tea Caddy is brewing up two versions of an 'Iced Toddy' to wet your whistle. Twinings Christmas Tea is a fine black tea with hints of cinnamon and clove, to add a "spicy taste and soothing aroma."

  • Twinings Iced Christmas Toddy: Twinings Iced Christmas Tea with Honey and Drambuie
  • Twinings Iced Christmas Toddy: Twinings Iced Christmas Tea with Honey (non-alcoholic)

Guests can also purchase packages of the Twinings Christmas Tea at the Tea Caddy to take home and share with their loved ones, or drink all on their own.

I love a spicy Hot Toddy at Christmas time, but in the warm Florida sun I'm positive this iced version hits the spot. What do you think?
