Time is getting short until the start of the Epcot's 2018 Flower and Garden Festival and the menus are out sharing all the wonderful things to eat from the highly anticipated food booths. Disney Chefs will do their thing at a total of 15 Outdoor Kitchens, each one showcasing the freshest flavors of the season.

Old favorites will return with some of our favorite dishes from last year's Flower and Garden Festival including:

  • The Warm Wild Berry Buckle with Pepper Berry Gelato and the Twinings Green Tea Berry Mint Julep both make an appearance at the 2018 Berry Basket Outdoor Kitchen. These were truly stand outs last year when they made their Festival debut.

  • Fluer De Lys in France has an entirely new food menu that features a Tarte a la Tomate Provencale, as well as a Braised Duck Confit with Parisian Gnocchi. Never fear though, because fans of frozen cocktails will still be able to enjoy the very popular La Vie en Rose Frozen Slushy.

  • At Canada's Northern Bloom Beef Tenderloin Tips, Mushroom Bordelaise Sauce, Whipped Potatoes with Garden Vegetables will continue to give Guest that stick to your ribs goodness, but sadly there is no sign of the Nanaimo Trifle.

  • In the American Pavilion The Smokehouse Barbecue & Brews will be cooking up both the Pulled Pig Slider with Coleslaw, and Beef Brisket Burnt Ends Hash with White Cheddar Fondue. In addition to a new Beef Brisket Burnt Ends and Smoked Pork Belly Slider with garlic sausage, chorizo, cheddar fondue.

New this year is The Honey Bee-stro, which will be sponsored by the National Honey Board. The booth will offer some ingenuitive honey infused foods, such as the Local Wildflower Honey-Mascarpone Cheesecake with Orange Blossom Honey Ice Cream garnished with Fennel Pollen Meringue Kisses. In addition, the beverages include a sweet sounding Honey-Peach Cobbler Freeze either with or without Blueberry Vodka. I think this new booth will be a must try on many of food crawl this spring.
