The Legend of Sleepy Hollow is a quintessential Halloween movie in my house, and in the Magic Kingdom Sleepy Hollow Refreshments is now serving up a quintessential Halloween eats. Of course I'm talking about the Pumpkin-spiced Mickey Waffle Sundae. You read that right... Pumpkin-spiced Mickey Waffle Sundae.

If you are anything like me no trip to Walt Disney World is complete without a Mickey Waffles. These fluffy little Mickey faced treats work any time of the day to add a little magic to the menu.

For a limited time only guests looking for a sweet Fall treat can get two pumpkin-spiced Mickey waffles topped with vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, caramel drizzle, and sprinkles.

The good folks over at the Disney Food Blog taste tested these for me and reported back that this year the pumpkin spice flavor has been kicked up so much that the waffles are an amazing treat to order all on their own.
