I've always thought that Disney Springs has needed more breakfast options, and even though this one is just one day a week, I'm just tickled pink by the announcement. Rise & Shine Southern Brunch will be held on Sundays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Chef Art Smith's Homecomin' located in The Landing neighborhood.

Start off your sunny morning with one of five specialty Rise & Shine Bloody Marys, or if something more regal is more your style, how about a Princess Mimosa. Then sink your teeth into cheddar drop biscuits slathered with either blackberry fig jam, or insane looking Bacon & Pecan Doughnuts drizzled with caramel. Sweet treats on the starter menu with get you ready for a hearty main course.

The big, fluffy, Hallelujah Biscuit is topped with Chef Art's famous fried chicken, two fried eggs, pimento cheese, and pecan-smoked bacon and smothered in sawmill gravy for a stick to your ribs goodness. Then there's the Sunrise Burger topped with pecan-smoked bacon, a fried egg, white cheddar, and tomato-bacon jam. If you want to follow along for more the Sunday morning banquet, be sure to follow #hfkbrunch on Instagram.

You can also see the full Rise & Shine brunch menu here but I warn you, a napkin may be needed to wipe your mouth just from reading it.

I've got brunch reservations at Homecomin' for my next trip, and I can't wait to share the experience with you when I get back. If you haven't been to Homecomin' yet, you should get yourself "down home" soon. For a closer look at the lunch and dinner menu, read my previous two-part review. There was just so much great food to share, one post couldn't hold it all!

There is absolutely nothing like a good brunch. We used to go to Sunday brunch at Copeland's, complete with mimosas. Very tasty.
