Spike’s Pollen Nation Exploration at the 2018 Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival

New! A brand new springtime scavenger hunt will debut this year at the 2018 Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival. Join Spike - Disney's favorite honey bee - on a trip through the gardens of Epcot from February 28-May 28. Spike has been busy pollinating his way around the festival and wants to give aspiring gardeners of all ages the chance to follow his pollination trail on Spike's Pollen Nation Exploration.

Did you know that pollinators are an important part of healthy gardens? Spike's Pollen Nation Exploration helps to bring awareness of the job that these animal friends do. 75% of all flowering plants rely on animal pollinators, and some of them have only one sort of species that does the paramount job. That makes the preservation of these species a critical part of ensuring the world's food supply.

You can join Spike's Pollen Nation Exploration by picking up a garden map and stickers for $5.99, plus tax at Port of Entry. With map in hand its then time to begin exploring and follow the pollination trail. Be on the lookout for Spike! In each garden, players will search for the specific plant that Spike has pollinated. You'll be able to tell which one that is by finding Spike himself and a Spike's Pollen Nation Exploration plant stake. When success is achieved, simply add the corresponding sticker to your map.
