Walt Disney World Resort Receives New Tennis Lesson Provider

Earlier this month, Orlando Tennis Services, LLC was named as Walt Disney World Resort's new tennis lesson provider.

It looks like any WDW Resort guest will be able to take part in tennis lessons. The cost for lessons is $90 per hour, and guests need not own or bring their own equipment to receive lessons as it's provided. Tennis courts are available for lessons at Animal Kingdom Lodge, Board Walk Resort, Bay Lake Tower, Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa and the Yacht & Beach Club Resorts. Disney Vacation Club Members can receive a ten percent discount on lessons.

For more info or to schedule a lesson at WDW, give Orlando Tennis Services a call at 321-228-1146.

$90 an hour!? Is that the going rate for tennis lessons? That seems crazy high to me.

I know... that's what it said...Disney can be pricey on stuff, though.

Yes, yes it can, and we happily fork it over for a great vacation. I'm not sure I could bring myself to do that one though.

I play tennis a fair amount and yes, this the going rate for a private lesson at many clubs.

I play tennis regularly, the pricing for private lessons is about that. Buying packages of 6 lessons does decrease price at my local facility.
