Miss America Contestants Visited the Magic Kingdom Prior to Competition

Before heading to Atlantic City, NJ to compete for the title of Miss America 2015, all 53 Miss America contestants visited the Magic Kingdom at the Walt Disney World Resort.

The contestants had a chance to show off their "Disney Side" while touring the park, riding the attractions, and even spending time with some of the characters including Prince Charming who shared a dance in front of Cinderella Castle with the ladies.

‘Disney Parks Christmas Day Parade’ Airs December 25 on ABC

The 30th annual Disney Parks Christmas Day Parade special is set to air on Christmas Day on ABC.

Neil Patrick Harris has hosting duties from the Walt Disney World Resort in Florida, and will be joined by Nick Cannon from Disneyland Resort. ABC's Good Morning America co-anchor Lara Spencer joins the duo as the show's special correspondent.

Disney and ABC Teaming with Feed America to Provide Meals to the Hungry During the Holidays

Disney and ABC are teaming with Feeding America to help feed the hungry during the holiday season.

The effort is part of ABC's Season of Service campaign and Disney and ABC have announced they will donate $750,000 in cash and will match public donations made to Feed America.

ABC News Recognized with Five Edward R. Murrow Awards by the Radio Television Digital News Association

The Radio Television Digital News Association recently recognized ABC News and ABC News Radio with five Edward R. Murrow Awards for reporting on several news stories in the last year.

World News with Diane Sawyer was honored with a Murrow Award for Best Newscast for its special one-hour edition of World News from Newtown United Methodist Church following the shooting tragedy in Newtown last December. The broadcast featured Sawyer's interview with Kaitlyn Roig, a teacher at Sandy Hook Elementary.

“Once Upon a Time” Star Lana Parrilla Visits New Fantasyland

Regina, The Evil Queen from 'Once Upon a Time' stopped by the Magic Kingdom's New Fantasyland last week, looking to extend her rule beyond the realm of Storybrooke.

Lana Parrilla, who stars as the Evil Queen/Regina Mills on the hit ABC series, was at the park to film a promo for New Fantasyland. The promo aired May 5 during Once Upon a Time and featured Regina as she thought about taking over as the Evil Queen of New Fantasyland.
