Saturday Style: Step With Alice Through The Looking Glass

Things always seem to get curiouser and curiouser when you step through the looking glass with Alice. A white tank with deep scoop neck, chic screen art, and gold ink accents featuring a monogramed "A" on the split-side chiffon top layer goes perfectly with a flirty skater skirt that's been printed with classic Alice in Wonderland Art. It's cute and casual style that's just perfect for a day at the Theme Park. Add a Cheshire Cat tote with faux leather trim means you'll always have a friend along for the journey, and this timeless Chronosphere necklace features a rotating inner sphere on the axis of an external frame, so that you can get where you need to go.

Saturday Style: Spring In Wonderland

You can learn a lot of things from the flowers, and one of them is that vibrant color is always in order for Spring. Step out of those Winter blues in this pretty retro dress by Wendy Bird. The peach floral jacquard fabric is embellished with modern touches like a contrasting waistline and pockets. I do love a dress with pockets!

Our Favorite Things at Epcot’s United Kingdom Pavilion

On a recent visit to Epcot we spent extra time in some of the World Showcase pavilions that we have a tendency to breeze through. One of those pavilions was the United Kingdom. It's one of our favorite spots in Epcot but for whatever reason we tend to walk through it and not stop for more than a few minutes.

Saturday Style: A Mad Night In

We're all a little mad here, because sometimes life gets crazy. That's the perfect time to don your jammies, slipp into some slippers, and snuggle up on the couch with your pillow pet for a cup of tea. Pop Disney's Special Un-Anniversary Edition of Alice In Wonderland into the DVD player and you'll be well on your way to enjoying the simple things from a quiet night in.

The Magic Kingdom's Festival of Fantasy Parade

Over the years I haven't been known to be much of a parade fan. However, on my last trip to Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom I was absolutely blown away by my first viewing of the Disney Festival of Fantasy Parade. Just a little over a year old (it debuted February 10th, 2014) this is a production on a grand scale and kicks off in the afternoon to continue the Disney tradition of classic parades in the Magic Kingdom.

Saturday Style: Alice In Wonderland

You can learn a lot of things from the flowers, especially in the month of June, and this cerulean blue dress is perfect for a golden afternoon. An afternoon tea with Alice in Wonderland of course!

Experience Great Shopping and Grab a Pint at Epcot’s United Kingdom Pavilion

Sparkling lights and Electro-synthe-magnetic Musical Sounds: The Main Street Electrical Parade

I've seen a lot of parades in my years of being a Disney traveler and I must admit that one of my true favorites is the Main Street Electrical Parade. I loved it as a child and I am so very happy that in 2010 it returned to Walt Disney World for a third run.

Where to Find the Characters While Touring Epcot

I often hear people say that they don't think they'll take their kids to Epcot on a family trip to Walt Disney World because the kids would be "bored" since there's "nothing for kids" at Epcot.

I think it's safe to say we all know this isn't the case. From great attractions such as Soarin', Test Track, and of course The Seas with Nemo and Friends, to the Kidcot Fun Stops in each pavilion in World Showcase - there is definitely a lot for kids to do.

The Tea Caddy in Epcot's United Kingdom

One of my favorite spots to stop and shop while touring Epcot is the Twinings Tea Shop located in the United Kingdom Pavilion. I know I can buy Twinings at home, but something about the charming thatched roof and cottage atmosphere just makes buying my tea at Epcot just that much more wonderful.
