Alligator Drags Two-Year-Old Boy into Seven Seas Lagoon at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa

A two-year-old Nebraska boy was dragged into the Seven Seas Lagoon by an alligator Monday night at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa. As of 12:30 p.m. ET today officials were calling the search a "recovery" mission.

Disney Cruise Line 2014 Itineraries Begin in Florida

Disney Cruise Line has announced it's sailing dates and itineraries for the 2014 season! The white sand beaches and beautiful blue waters of Castaway Cay will take center stage during the first half of the year as all four Disney ships sailing from Florida ports. The Disney Magic will return to Port Canaveral, Fla., joining the Disney Dream and Disney Fantasy, while the Disney Wonder makes it's home in Miami.

A natural body of water with two small islands Bay Lake is about one mile across and 35 feet deep. When Walt Disney and his staff were searching for property in Florida to but Walt Disney World, Bay Lake was one of the reasons that they chose the spot they did. Walt believed that it was an attractive feature that would add amenities and value to his guests.
