‘Celebration at the Top’ Announced for California Grill at Disney’s Contemporary Resort

California Grill at Disney's Contemporary Resort is hosting a new nighttime event, Celebration at the Top - Sip, Savor, Sparkle. Guests will enjoy small bites, drinks, and a viewing of the Magic Kingdom's fireworks from a private observation deck.

Wine Bar George Opening at Disney Springs in Fall 2017

Wine Bar George, a 210-seat wine bar from Master Sommelier George Miliotes, has been confirmed for Disney Springs. The new wine bar is slated to open in fall 2017 offering a variety of wines by the glass and bottle.

California Grill to Serve ‘Brunch at the Top’ Beginning in February

California Grill, the popular signature dining restaurant at the top of Disney's Contemporary Resort, will begin serving a Sunday Brunch in February 2016. The 'Brunch at the Top' will be the first daytime meal served at the restaurant, which has been a dinner-only spot since it opened.

Disney Parks and Resorts Inspire New Line of Coffee from Joffrey’s

Even if you can't wake up at your favorite Disney theme park or hotel every morning you can enjoy a cup of coffee inspired by those locations thanks to Joffrey's.

The Tampa, Florida based specialty roasting company recently introduced the Disney Parks and Resorts Specialty Coffee Collection featuring nine blends inspired by the theme parks and hotels.

Joffrey's head roastmaster collaborated with top Disney chefs to create the specialty blends.

California Grill Opening Later This Summer – Some Reservations Available for November

As fine dining fans eagerly wait for the date for the reopening of the California Grill at Disney's Contemporary Resort, there is some exciting news to report about reservations for later this year.

California Grill Slated To Close For Renovations

A super popular spot for firework watching will be getting a makeover after the holidays. The California Grill is set to close in early 2013 for what's being called an "extensive renovation."

While there are not a whole lot of details at this time as to what exactly will change with the Contemporary Resort-based restaurant, guests can expect a brand new look for the Grill and some changes to the menu. Chef Brian Piasecki looks to be "excited" about the upcoming changes and "enhancements to the interactive kitchen." He also says:
