Chocolate Christmas Scene Adds to the Magic of Holiday Happenings at Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resorts

If you're a fan of all things chocolate you'll want to make a stop at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort to get a peek at the latest holiday creation.

The resort's executive pastry chef Laurent Branlard has created a 7-foot-tall, 400-pound chocolate nutcracker that is part of the resort's chocolate Christmas scene. The completely edible nutcracker took about 80 hours to complete and is joined in the scene by a life-sized Santa Claus, fireplace, toy train, and Christmas tree.

Disney’s Swan and Dolphin Hotel to Offer Elf Tuck-ins and More for Holiday Season

Guests as the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotel can experience some holiday magic this year with the resort's Holiday Happenings event.

The month-long Holiday Happenings event begins in December and will feature a Florida-themed Santa and Mrs. Claus who will be meeting and greeting guests in Santa's tiki hut. The hut will be decorated with palm trees, flamingos, and reindeer.

Grand Floridian's Easter Egg Display

Looking for an Easter-inspired attraction to take in during your visit to Walt Disney World? You might want to head on over to Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa to take in their impressive Easter egg collection.

For fifteen years now, the resort's chocolatiers have been making a variety of eggs for the display. The eggs weigh in at nine to twelve pounds, and each one is totally edible with fondant, icing and sugar pieces used for decoration.

For years Goofy's Candy Company is a staple stop for Disney fans with a sweet tooth. Located in the Marketplace at Downtown Disney (Disney Springs) this fun and crazy confectionary is turning the place to find both Disney branded snacks and packaged treats, rows of colorful bulk candies, mixable frozen slushes, and my personal favorite, the Create You Own Treat bar.

8 Great Things Going On at the 20th Epcot International Food & Wine Festival Center
