NEWS: Disney Dining Plan Updates Announced for 2018 and Alcoholic Drinks are Now Included

We have big news today! The 2018 Disney Dining Plan updates were announced this morning and for the first time ever the Dining Plan includes specialty beverages and alcoholic beverages (for guests 21 and older of course).

Mobile Order Coming to Satu’li Canteen and Other Restaurants at Disney’s Animal Kingdom

When Satu'li Canteen opens May 27 with the rest of Pandora - The World of Avatar at Disney's Animal Kingdom, guests will be able to use the new Mobile Order system on the My Disney Experience app. The new ordering system will then expand to other restaurants this summer.

2017 Free Dining Offer Announced for Walt Disney World Resort

Today's the day! The 2017 Free Dining offer was announced earlier this morning for select travel dates between the end of August and late December. There are no October travel dates for this year's offer and there's also a change for moderate resorts.

Find a Quick Bite to Eat amid Beautiful Japanese Gardens at Epcot’s Katsura Grill

Epcot's Japan pavilion is one of the prettiest pavilions in World Showcase. It's also sometimes of one those frequently overlooked pavilions.

Lately though it has become one of my favorite pavilions due in large part to the beautiful and serene gardens. I've found it's always a good place to stop and take a break from the fast-paced touring that can happen when one is visiting Epcot.

And when I do stop in Japan I like to grab a quick bite to eat at Katsura Grill, which is the pavilion's counter service location.

Fabulous Spots To Snack in Epcot

Walt Disney World's Epcot Theme Park is know far and wide for its stellar food and beverage choices. With dozens of snacking and dining locations that represent a board variety of world flavors one could easily make the argument that this Park runs on food. Whenever my family heads to Epcot, we don't often make reservations, instead we celebrate a tradition of simply snacking our way through the Park.
