Discover Mickey’s Royal Friendship Faire Castle Show

Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Daisy and Goofy invite friends from enchanted lands far and wide to celebrate with them at the Royal Friendship Fair. The new show playing on the Cinderella Castle forecourt stage brings to life the more recent Disney stories in a performance featuring an original song, memorable movie music, lively dancing and even a few special effects. 'Mickey's Royal Friendship Faire' invites all those assembled to come together on this day and celebrate friendship.

A look through our archives brought me to this Thanksgiving favorite!

It's another holiday, and another Disney animated short film. I went hunting for something to help celebrate Thanksgiving and discovered that in 1938 Walt Disney went through a lengthy pre-production on a cute piece entitled 'Pilgrim Mickey' that never got off of the ground and was canceled by the spring of 1939.

Happy Birthday Donald Duck! Today we celebrate 81 years of the playful spirit, dedicated rivalry friendship, and shockingly short temper that has struck a cord with Disney fans since the earliest years of the company. Donald was created in 1934 with his debut appearance in The Wise Little Hen, and has been a working character ever since. Donald is not just known as Mickey's feisty friend but as one of the Disney Characters with a most diverse resume.
