Guests at the party can purchase a limited-edition MagicBand that features the Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party logo. This MagicBand has an edition size of 5,000 bands and it retails for $29.95. The MagicBand must be linked at the time of purchase using a theme park admission, Memory Maker card, or another active MagicBand.

Walt Disney World Resort Park Entrances Are Now Turnstile Free

The Magic Kingdom reached an important milestone at the end of November when the park's last touch point entry system was unveiled.

With the unveiling at the Magic Kingdom means that all Walt Disney World Resort park entrances are now turnstile free.

Earlier this year, Disney's Typhoon Lagoon was the first park at the Walt Disney World Resort to see the turnstiles switched out for touch point entries. Throughout the year the other parks have had their turnstiles replaced by touch point systems.

Magic Band Accessories Debut at the Walt Disney World Resort

As the beta testing of the Magic Band continues at the Walt Disney World Resort, it's being reported that some stores on property are selling accessories for the Magic Bands.

The Magic Bands are lightweight, flexible wristbands that will be used by guests to enter the Walt Disney World parks, access FastPass+ attractions, and more. They are part of the MyMagic+ guest experience that Disney is slowing rolling out to guests.
