With all the construction going on in Downtown Disney fans have had to do without sunny sips from their favorite "grab and go" Margarita Bar. Well fans, be sad no more because on April 23rd Dockside Margaritas opens up in the Downtown Disney marketplace.

The Most Romantic Quick Service Restaurants at Walt Disney World

Not every Disney traveler has room in the budget to hit one of the fabulous fine dining experiences at Walt Disney World. But those looking to add some romance to their trip don't need to worry, because amore' is about more than laying out the big bucks. Dim lights, a water view, soft music, and starry sky go a long way to turn these quick service restaurants into romantic musts. Here are my picks for Quick Service favorites that can be big on romance.

Magnificent Margaritas - Upcountry In Disney's Animal Kingdom

Looking for a spot to wet your whistle before you start your Asian adventure? Head on over to the Upcountry for some magnificent margaritas. I'd hesitate to put Upcountry in the category of bar or lounge, but it's one little kiosk serving up some really big flavors.

Enjoy Great Lagoon Views and Good Food at La Hacienda de San Angel in Epcot

If you're looking for a good table service meal with a great view of the World Showcase Lagoon and the nightly IllumiNations show, you'll want to check out La Hacienda de San Angel in Epcot's Mexico Pavilion.

Grab a Waterfront Seat and Enjoy Some Mexican Treats at La Cantina de San Angel

One of my favorite places to grab a counter service meal while touring World Showcase is La Cantina de San Angel in the Mexico Pavilion.

This quick service restaurant is across the walkway from the pavilion's Mayan pyramid, and it offers good food, good margaritas, and really great views of the lagoon.

Five New Cocktails On The 2014 Disney Parks Bar and Lounge Menu

The standard Disney Bar and Lounge Cocktail Menu has been updated for 2014! Our occasional correspondent Erik H. just returned from Walt Disney World where he made notes on the new menu, and of course did some taste testing for us! This round of beverage program changes has seen nine of the 2013 drinks removed from the standard lounge cocktail menu.

Start Your Tour of Mexico inside the Heart of a Pyramid

When entering World Showcase from Future World you have two directional choices. You can tour clockwise and start in Mexico or you can tour in a counterclockwise direction starting in Canada.

Today we're going to visit Mexico, which is one of the more unique pavilions in World Showcase. What makes this pavilion different from the others is that aside from the outside dining on the lagoon and a few shops, the rest of the pavilion is inside the Mesoamerican pyramid that is the centerpiece of the pavilion.

Day Of The Dead Beer Premiers at Epcot's La Cava del Tequila

La Cava del Tequila in Epcot's Mexico Pavilion is one of the most popular spots in the Park to knock back a few with friends. The fun and welcoming atmosphere creates a desire to linger in the perpetual twilight of Mexico's charming courtyard within the pyramid. Just off to the side, you'll find La Cava del Tequila with its broad variety of tequila and creative margaritas.

Handmade Margaritas at La Hacienda de San Angel

Have you been looking for a great spot to sit down with a drink and a bite to eat while watching IllumiNations? Lining up along the lake to find your viewing spot can provide a great outdoor location, but sometimes it's nicer to sit back and relax someplace a little more intimate. If you're up to a little pre-planing La Hacienda de San Angel might be just the spot you're looking for.

Boardwalk Joe's Uncommon Coffees

This unassuming little coffee booth at Disney's Boardwalk Inn has a secret; it's really a great spot to grab a beer, wine, or specialty margaritas. So if you're strolling the shores of Crescent Lake wishing you had a cocktail in your hand, keep your eyes open for Boardwalk Joe's.
