MyMagic+ Program and MagicBands Expanding to Other Disney Parks

Soon Walt Disney World Resort won't be the only Disney Park utilizing the billion dollar MyMagic+ program that includes the ubiquitous MagicBands. According to recent reports, the system will be expanded at other Disney theme parks in some variation.

New Merchandise Line Twenty Eight & Main Coming to Disney Parks this Fall

A brand new line of merchandise "designed for the discerning gentleman" who just happens to also love Disney is headed to the Disney Parks later this year. The Twenty Eight & Main line will include items that feature lightweight embroidery, patches, and appliques giving them a classic vibe.

Disney’s Animal Kingdom Celebrating Earth Month

April is Earth Month and April 17 is Earth Day, and Disney's Animal Kingdom is celebrating with sand sculptures, special merchandise events, and more. The theme park kicked off the month with the unveiling of a giant sand sculpture that celebrates the upcoming release of Disneynature's Monkey Kingdom.

Power Up: New Tech Merchandise Available at Disney Shops

Extra batteries and chargers are staple items to add to your tech bag before leaving on vacation. In my bag you'll find a variety of chargers to keep me going throughout my day of heavy touring. For my usage of heavy tweeting and texting during vacations, my iPhone battery will last me until about mid-day. After that it's time to plug in and power up to both keep in touch with the rest of our party, and share the fun with my Twitter stream. In the past if you forgot your spare battery you were just plain out of luck, but now if you forget, now Disney's got your back.

The sale of souvenirs at Walt Disney World can be a touchy subject. Some believe that Disney simply wants to separate you from even more of what's in your wallet.
