Dapper Day Events Celebrate Stepping Out in Style at Disney Parks

For the past couple of years there has been an unofficial yet very fashionable event happening at the Walt Disney World Resort, Disneyland Resort, and Disneyland Paris. It's called Dapper Day and it's a chance for attendees to look their best while visiting the parks.

Those participating in Dapper Day are encouraged to dress in sophisticated fashion - from vintage to contemporary styles - and active or retired military are encouraged to wear their dress uniforms.

Vintage Signs Inspired by Actual Park Signs Arrive at Walt Disney World and Disneyland

How would you like to have an Aloha Isle Refreshments sign hanging in your house as a daily reminder of all things Disney? Well now you can thanks to the Disney Design Group.

Inspired by the current trend of reproducing vintage signs, Walt Disney Imagineering and the Disney Design Group worked together to create a new art program featuring vintage signs from the Disney Parks. The signs are reproduced on wood-like material or metal and feature some of the most iconic signs from the parks.

Walt Disney World Limited Time Magic: Week 15

Disney's Limited Time Magic continues into it's fifteenth week of unique fun! From April 8th through April 14th, 2013 you can go vintage at the Disney Truck Shop. For one week only, the Disney Truck Shop will be parked along the Downtown Disney Westside route, offering you the chance to pick up a limited release vintage-style tee.

Seashore Sweets at Disney's Boardwalk Resort

Sitting prettily on the shoreline at Disney's Boardwalk Resort is a charming old-fashioned candy and ice cream shop. Seashore Sweets has counters and displays full of saltwater taffy, fudge and cookies that make it easy to find something to love. The real winner here though is the delicious hand dipped ice cream.
