Master Sommelier George Miliotes has just named Ron Rupert as the Executive Chef for his Wine Bar George. Wine Bar George will be the only Master Sommelier-led wine bar in Florida. Along with featuring a wine list of more than 100 selections by the bottle and glass, Wine Bar George will have an expertly created menu of small plates, sharable plates, cheese and charcuterie boards, and desserts.
