A quick report from a very long day at the Magic Kingdom from yesterday. They were still filming the Christmas special, so we had to work around the many closures and restrictions during the filming that went on almost all morning and into mid afternoon.

We did several attractions during the day, including Jingle Cruise. It was great fun!

Here, it looks like something went through all the Christmas gifts at the campsite.

And this is the entrance to the ruins.

We then watched the afternoon parade, which was moved to 5 pm.

Donald, of course, had to excuse himself to be in the parade.

At the start of MVMCP, we rushed to get a photo with Jack Skellington as Sandy Claws.

We then grabbed our share of hot chocolate and sugar cookies.

We will be doing the Studios this morning. Then on the mid afternoon, we will attend the DVC Association Meeting. After that, we will head out to Animal Kingdom Lodge for our dinner at Boma this evening.

We are at Coronado springs to attend the annual DVC Association meeting.

We got a sneak preview if the Polynesian villas and bungalows. They look amazing. We also saw rendering of the new lobby which is about to be completed.

While waiting for our dinner reservation at Boma last night, I went on a hidden Mickey safari. It was rather funny. I was struggling to find a hidden mickeys on the water bridge in the lobby. I think I was hunting for this one a good 10 minutes or so. I even recruited Chuck to look for it when a cast member came to the rescue and showed it to us. I asked him if he was observing me, and he said he was being amused by my hunt for the past few minutes.

So here are a few of the hidden Mickey that I found at Jambo House. I've already shown the one on the shield in the chandelier.

This is at the entrance in between the two doors.

This is the one I was struggling with. It is viewed on the bridge in the lobby level at the rocks and just above the water level.

This one is not that obvious. It is at one of the pillars on the right side of the lobby as you enter.

This one, the cast member told he, is the SMALLEST hidden Mickey in all of WDW. he showed it to me or I wouldn't have found it.

This one is by the pool and rather large.

This one is in the viewing area for the flamingoes. It wasn't easy to spot in the dim lights. Look right above the grass bush.

We tried looking for a couple more, but couldn't find them.

It was a lot of fun.
