Any ideas or suggestions for our September trip?

We will be in the World Sept 4-15. We will arrive probably around 11am on the 4th, depart "sometime" on the 15th to come home. This will be our longest trip to date as well as the first time traveling with only our daughter who is 12 going on 25. We are trying to decide on different places to go and making sure to have the best experience possible especially for daughter. This is a trip celebrating the finalization of her adoption!

So...here is what we have lined up for dining at this point. Ideas? Suggestions?...

Sept 5...Breakfast at Contemporary (hubby and daughters first time)
Sept 6...Dinner at 1900 (first time)
Sept 9...Lunch at Biergarten (tradition, we go here for lunch every trip)
Sept 11...Lunch at Prime Time Diner (first time)

Every other day is open for suggestions, our only restriction is on Sept 9th. Daughter has a class at Epcot that morning until about noon.

We usually pick the park of the day (we don't bother with hopping; at our age it's more like dragging), and then we make calls for dining based on park hours and desires.

Do you have parks picked for those days not booked?

Congratulations! Starting her right with a WDW trip! mickey

Well, Cinderella castle has a very nice breakfast (upstairs in the castle)! And if you guys like exotic meals, Boma has a great buffet. awesome

As you probably know, each park has some really nice restaurants; I love Mama Melrose pizza at Hollywood Studios.

Enjoy and congratulations stars

We have hoppers, we always hop usually ending up at Epcot at the end of the day.

We have not really made hard plans for which park/which day. We pretty much figure it out as we go along.

We are going with a "loose group". We home school and one of the groups we are a part of does a Disney trip each year. We have one day where my daughter has a class with part of the group, then everything else is unplanned. We have seven park days included with our tickets. We also have seven waterpark/DisneyQuest/Mini Golf add-ons.

Some of my favorite places to eat include the Yak and Yeti (table service) at AK and The new Be Our Guest. Maybe check out the menus and see if either of those strike a fancy! SciFi Dine In is always fun for us as well.

That's a wonderful reason to have a Disney vacation and congratulations to you and your daughter! I was adopted as a baby and, 30 some years later, my mom still celebrates my "Happy Gotcha Day" every year awesome

Flame Tree at AK is one of our favs too, but we also love the picnic they offer there too (they still do, right?)
At Epcot, we love China CS, we love Morocco (there is a cultural introduction), we also love the French cafe (sorry too early to remember names).

Since it's educational, might I suggest some sort of book or print outs that detail each country, especially Morocco to the kids as well?
