Are you looking forward to Splitsville?

I asked yesterday if many of you ventured down to West Side at Downtown Disney, or tended to just hang out at Marketplace. As a follow up, I'm wondering, are you looking forward to Splitsville, Disney's new bowling pavilion/fancy food/ entertainment complex? Or do you see this as more of a draw for locals?

I'm lukewarm to it at best. But not something I have any interest in doing while at Disney.

Same here, might go see what it looks like, but not real interested in bowling while at Disney. I'd rather be stuck in one of the parks.

We would probably visit Splitsville. We don't have anything like that near us. When we are Disney we try to do as much different stuff as possible. When we are home we don't go out very often. We play outside and work and stuff but usually don't go to town unless we need something.

I would go see what it is like. I don't think I would go bowling. If I did, it would have to planned before the trip so I can bring my bowling shoes.

It would NOT rank too highly on my "to do" list of Disney Experiences.

My kids love to bowl but we don't go very often. I think it would be a great thing to do on a rainy day when outside options may be limited. I think it's kinda like the mini golf, something fun to do that you might not do regularly. We always ended up doing mini golf on vacation at the beach when I was younger. Making those family memories that last. We will definitely go check it out.

I can imagine we'd go at least once just to say we've been there and experienced it but I can't see it becoming a regular thing, like for example mini golf and Ghiradellies!

That being said, I am always looking for different things to do of an evening, my 2011 trip was the first time I decided to go see a film @ City Walks with my BF. He wasn't convinced it was a 'holiday' thing to do because, like bowling, we can do it any time at home. That being said we had a really great night and wished we'd done it on past trips!

Eh. I don't think we will check it out. I think it might be popular for locals?

I'm interested in giving it a go. I think it could be fun.

Ditto.... When I come to Disney, I wanna eat where I cant at home, shop where I cant at home and such... even going to a movie now would be different than at home since you can dine while watching a movie. But bowling is bowling....
