Beach vs. Restaurants -- Which is more Romantic?

So which camp are you guys in? Is it more romantic to have a meal in a restaurant or out in nature on the beach? Also, does it make a difference if it's a man made beach at the Polynesian?

I personally am not much into the whole sand thing, particularly while I'm eating so I like a nice restaurant. I fear however that I might be in the minority. Do you guys like bugs and sand with your food?

Brad, I am with you on this one. I do like being outside and I love nature. However....eating with or in nature is not big on my list to do. I do not want sand or bugs with my meal, but I do like temperture control with my meal.

Haha! I feel like "do you like bugs and sand with your food" is a little misleading! I do NOT like bugs and sand with my food, but I don't mind having a picnic outside or on the beach as long as it's not too windy or cold Laughing out loud

The perfect setting, I think, is some sort of a raised porch that's open to the outside. You get shade and a bit of climate control, but you still get to enjoy a beautiful day.

I think what makes a beach location so nice is that it's more secluded, but for general protection from the elements (and there are a LOT of elements in Orlando!), I'd choose restaurant.

I think a beach is more romantic to lay on and sometimes more romantic to eat. I do agree though if nature turns against you it can become not romantic REAL fast.
