Beauty and the Beast 3D

Has anyone gone to see Beauty and the Beast 3D in theaters? I was happy to see it on the big screen again and noticed SOME 3D effects, but I don't know if it was worth the $40 for my family to go!

I saw it. I loved getting to watch it, but I agree, I'm not sure it was worth the $30 for 2 of us. very few parts were even in 3D. I know because I kept taking my glasses off to see what it looked like and most of it looked just like the original. sad

I just love getting to see movies in the theater again. If they do Bedknobs & Broomsticks in the theater I will be there regardless of whether it's 3D. In fact when I saw someone say they were going to see B&B on the screen I thought that's what they were talking about!

We still haven't seen it - shocking, I know! I was a little surprised that they did not offer this one in standard and 3D like they did Lion King. I'll still probably take DD. We can't wait to see the Tangled short, too!

I haven't seen it. My local theater had one showing of the regular version of B&B today.

How long is it playing? I'll try to see it this weekend if it's still playing.

I have to disagree with you.. I kept taking my glasses off to see what it looked like and everything was blurry... our movie was 100% in 3D.....
