Chefs de France - what are your thoughts?

Of all the times my family and I have gone to EPCOT, suprisingly we have never eaten here. We usually go to that little bakery and get desserts. France has the BEST! Has anyone eaten at "Chefs de France" for either lunch or dinner? Was the food good? Would you go back?

we ate there for dinner on our last trip. It was delicious! My husband's favorite meal! I loved the creme brulee!

I was actually expecting it to be so-so at best, but I've really enjoyed it both times I've been there.

I have dined there several times and we have never been disappointed. One one occasion we were pleasantly surprised by a visit to our table by Ratatouille. About the only complaint I have about Chef's de France is that the tabled are spaced very closely together. Another plus for me is that I can practice my french with the waitstaff and though I can speak, and read french, everytime I go I find the old adage of "use it or loose it" is certainly true and the conversation is more difficult. sad

Good point. I forgot to mention that. It's my least favorite part, but not enough to make me not go. Also, interestingly, despite the French reputation for bad service we've had pretty good service both times.

I've had good meals and good service both times I've eaten there. Seeing Remy is always a bonus. The first time I went Remy only stopped at one table in the area I was sitting at. The second time he stopped at all tables. I think Remy only makes an appearance during the afternoon.

I've eaten at Les Chefs de France once. The food was good, but not spectacular. Overpriced, but then what food isn't overpriced at Disney World. I would eat there again.

Remy only comes out at lunch time.. but he's SO FREAKIN' ADORABLE! That was worth the price of the lunch alone. It has got to be the cutest audio animatronic character they have ever created.. and the best part is you can really see him up close.
Plus, the food was good and I am a very fussy eater Smile
