Yes, yes! We'd like to hear more about the Disney Room! How does it compare with the other member's Disney Rooms?

It really doesn't compare at all. I have seen some pretty amazing Disney Rooms at NFFC meetings. I lost most of my stuff in Katrina so having to start over. I do have 2- Avanzino Shadowboxes (Magic Kingdom and D-MGM Studios) but that's about it. I do have some pretty cool Christmas stuff which was in the attic and we were able to save. I'll have to post some pictures sometime of my trees.

Trees, plural? Sounds cool! mickey

Yes, most years I put up 2 trees sometimes up to 4. I have 1 tree which is only WDW ornaments and I put the monorail underneath it with the Poly, Contemp, and Spaceship Earth around it as well. My other Disney tree is Hallmark/other ornaments.

The Disney Days of Christmas store is VERY dangerous for me!

I bought mine at a Character Outlet in Destin, FL in Sept 2005. I would think that is when they were discontinued

I'd be nervous it was going to get broken if I got it out. At least it's only for 1 month per year or so. I'd figure the pets would eventually take it out or something and it's really cool.

I would love to be able to set up my own mini-Magic Kingdom resort area. I'm guessing they never made a Grand Floridian or a Wilderness Lodge. Anyone know?

To tell you the truth the Poly is a pain in the butt to put together. There are so many little pieces to it. The animals are pretty good with the trees and don't bother them.

Did anyone else saw the pins that will be released at the upcoming D23 Expo?

http://eventservices.disney.go.com/pintrading/eventPins?id=46290

Not bad at all!

What is bad that I won't be able to go, both for the 999 Haunted Mansion event at DL, and the D23 Expo right after that. I hate it when work gets in the way of my Disney plans!

Still, I will have people who will be going and getting me some of these pins and merchandise. Smile

Zz.
