Did our ADR's, could add another

Made ADR's this morning at 6am. Happily got what I'd planned for the most part. Originally I had more of the 2 credit restaurants, but we both felt we wanted to experience more locations. (We've eaten at Calif Grill & Le Cellier, at the last minute I dropped Narcoossee, Artist Point, Citricos). We love seafood and we get a lot of local Chinese, Mexican, and Italian so to choose it at WDW it better be special.

I have a couple questions that I know someone will have an answer to.
1. Sanaa or Tusker House?
2. We have one or two open slots for dinner - any suggestions?
3. Considered adding Olivia's or Turf Club, but I'm unsure about the transportation route. We'll be at Fort Wilderness Campground.
4. Unable to make Fantasmic dinner show rezzie today. Any idea when I can?

Day 1 - Ohana at 7:50pm
Day 2 - Cape May Cafe at 6:20pm (favorite of DH)
Day 3- Crystal Palace for breakfast - new experience for us. We could add a dinner & Epcot is open til 11pm
Day 4- Kona Cafe at 7pm - new
Day 5- Sanaa at 5pm - new. AK closes at 5pm, sunset is around 5:40 (thought about Tusker)
Day 6 - Cape May Cafe - DH's request, but could easily change it.
Day 7- Be Our Guest at 5:30pm - new
Day 8- Hollywood and Vine at 4:30, hoping to add the Fantasmic show - new
Day 9- Flying Fish at 6:30 - new (2 dining credits)
Day 10 - Boma at 5:15. AK closes at 5pm, sunset is around 5:30
Day 11 - Be Our Guest at 5:40pm (may change it)

Thanks in advance for any suggestions or comments.

Have not eaten at Tusker House, but Sanaa is wonderful. It was somewhat romantic, dim lighting, close seating for 2. Of course, the view is pretty awesome too. We really enjoyed walking outside around and enjoying the grounds. Very quiet and calm v. park. I also liked the idea of going back to the room to freshen up from a day at the park, but that's just me.

All of your other choices look wonderful! Any reason why you have Be Our Guest twice? Just curious. There are also some great restaurants in DTD.

For either Olivia's or Turf Club, if you're going from a park take the Old Key West or Saratoga Springs bus. After lunch or dinner, either take a bus to your next park of the day or take the boat to Downtown Disney and hop the bus to your own resort. If you're going directly from your resort, take the Downtown Disney bus and then find the boat to whichever resort you need to get to, then reverse the process after lunch or dinner.

We haven't been to DTD so I wasn't sure exactly how the transportation route would work, but I can picture it now. No problem. Maybe I will add Olivia's. And I thought Sanaa would be nice, but it was also not on the original plan. Glad I got it.

Eeyore, at 6am this morning it made a little bit more sense to keep the 2 BOG rezzies until I could sort it all out. I could not get BOG on the day I originally planned so I started juggling, without caffeine. When I found the first day open for BOG I grabbed it and ran, then I later looked at a second date and found it again but by then I was unsure of the first rez time. So I kept them both until I can sort it out and make sense of dates and park hours.

I'd love to find a great restaurant in Epcot. We both would like the Akershus in Norway, but I don't believe it's on the dining plan. Germany? Italy? China? We've tried Teppan Edo, Coral Reef, Le Cellier. I'd also like a great view - is that asking too much?

When you booked your Hollywood and Vine ADR, did you book it on the Fantasmic! Dinner Package page of the Disney website? That's the page I go to, to make the ADR for the Fanstasmic! package. You can also call Disney directly and they could help you.
Here is the link for the direct page to the Fantasmic! Dinner Package, in case you need it.

Akershus is on the dining plan. Biergarten and Via Napoli are also good choices in Epcot.

Thank you Annie for the link, that's the same I've been using with no luck for what I wanted.

I could not reserve Hollywood & Vine with the Fantasmic show beyond Nov. 1. Tried a few times today and called earlier with no answer as to why. I just called again and got someone who did a little more research and told me that H&V and Brown Derby were not available during my trip dates (beyond Nov. 1), BUT I could get an afternoon time at Mama Melrose & Fantasmic. She said to check back in the next 3 months "to see if there is enough interest in H&V so they offer it with the show."

I don't think you can make any ADR or dinner package reservations more than 180 days, or about 6 months, in advance. I just checked the Fantasmic! dining package and it will now let me make ADR up to, and including Nov. 1. At 180 days before your trip you should be able to make the reservation.

Today was my 180 day mark and I made dinner reservations for all 11 nights of our stay, from Nov. 3-14th, but for some reason they are not allowing or offering Hollywood & Vine or Brown Derby combo with the Fantasmic show after Nov. 1.
I'll keep checking and I'm sure I will eventually get it. Not too worried about it. Thanks everyone, I appreciate the comments.

You will not be disappointed with Sanaa!

Okay - that makes sense!

Tutto Italia is great. To me, it is more traditional Italian food - lasagna, pasta, etc. The restaurant is really nice inside too. Much more quiet than Via Napoli. If you want character dining that is only 1 table credit, try Garden Grill. We love it too.

Another kiddo suggestion would be Coral Reef. The reviews are mixed, but DH and I have eaten there a couple times and enjoyed it. Needless to say the kiddos love getting up close and personal with the tank so if you go, ask for a table there; otherwise, you are climbing over other people.

I also second Garden Grill and the kids will love the turning table.
