The Disney Magic Reimagined

Whoo hoo! Big announcements from the Cruise Line this morning on the exciting projects coming to the Disney Magic! Alas, no Magic Portholes in the interior state rooms, but I think I can handle the disappointment when there's so much more in store! I'll have a news piece going up on Monday, and cover details on the blog over the next couple of months. For now, check out this great video from the Disney Cruise Line!

AquaDunk! AquaDunk! AquaDunk!

The Disney Dream and Disney Fantasy (both Dream class ships) have the "AquaDuck" they have a Donald Duck theme, so it makes more sense when you're there and see it.

The Disney Magic (a smaller Magic class ship) is getting the "AquaDunk" which is a completely different design than the other two ships have. If the retrofit goes well I think that the Disney Wonder could possibly get an "AquaDunk" as well when it goes into dry dock next year.

There was a show on Destination America last night called "Disney Cruise Line: Behind the Magic". Have it on DVR, haven't watched it - hopefully tonight! Anyone else catch it?

What are your thoughts about the great new adults only spaces that are coming to the Disney Magic? I'm rather excited about the redesign of the night clubs!

I've never been on the classic ships so I don't know what I'm missing. I will be looking forward to the new additions and fun.

The Disney Cruise Line Blog has been posting some truly fantastic images from the Disney Magic while it's in dry dock! If that sort of thing interests you head on over and check it out. I find the whole process fascinating Nerd
