Disney In My Dreams

I don't know what my problem is lately, but I have been having Disney nightmares for the past two weeks. They have really run the gambit, from being in the Parks during a disaster, to being trapped on a sinking cruise ship, to smaller things like meet-ups going horribly awry, and terrible, terrible service at restaurants. Just lots of things that would absolutely ruin a vacation. I'll wake up and think - well geeze - that wasn't fun. I do not know why it's happening, but it is really starting to frustrate me.

Does Disney ever creep into your dreams at night? Have you ever had a Disney nightmare?

Haha! Yeah, that place looks REALLY depressing. The best Disney World dreams are when you dream you're at Disney and when you wake up you realize that you really ARE at Disney! mickey

I've had one where I was run over by a parade float but they put me up in the castle for the rest of the vacation.

Just the other night I was in the club lounge at AKL and was pouring drinks for and talking to Snoop Dogg...

I used to have this nightmare that I had been in Orlando for a week, it was the end of my vacation and never got to WDW.

I had a Disney nightmare. I dreamt that I bought all sorts of things using my Magic Band. It was just like, well, magic. Then at the end of the week, I suddenly got a huge balance on my credit card that I had to pay off.

Glad it was just a drea.... hey wait! eek

Before my trip in April, I had a dream that I overslept the morning of the Star Wars Dark Side 5K and never picked up my race bib the day before.

Actually, its not the pins (although that is good advice). Smile

The issue arises if you share accomodation with others. For example, for our upcoming trip, we are bringing our friends and staying in a suite at BLT and we arranged and booked everything. But, if we do nothing at check in, all purchases on everyones' magic bands will appear on MY credit card. We will need to get the CM at the front desk to setup our friends' credit card so that their magic bands are attached to their credit card.

My standard recurring Disney dreams:

1. I'm at WDW, we've got a day or two left in our week, and I suddenly realize I've forgotten to go to the parks.

2. I'm at our resort getting ready to go to a park and can't find this or that, or my clothes, and the day is almost over. This one frequently accompanies #1 and then not only have I forgotten to go to the parks, now I can't get my butt out the door.

3. I can't find our resort. Or can't find our room at the resort.

4. I'm at the park gates and realize I've left my Magic Band at home and have to fly (Superman-style) home to get it and get lost.

5. I'm at one park and can't get to another park. Can't find the way, or get on the wrong bus/whatever, or I'm flying there and get lost.

6. I'm in a park and can't find the stuff I want to do (probably flying again).

Usually these problems are exacerbated by the fact that dream WDW looks nothing like real WDW.
