So I'm very excited about the Saratoga Springs Treehouses, but I was wondering does every resort have Family Suites? I know the All-Star music has them, where you can turn your rooms into one big suite. Do they all have that?

Not all. In fact, that might be the only one at the moment, besides DVC resorts of course.
Several resorts have connecting rooms, where you can open the door between adjoining rooms and have two big rooms. These don't have kitchenettes and the like, however.
