Favorite place to eat with kids?

We just got a seasonal pass... yay So Im very excited about exploring everything I possibly can over the year. I'd like some suggestions on your favorite places? I'd love to know some must do places to eat with a 5 year old. I guess it could be any park or resort since we have the passes now. Any recommendations?

Tepan in Japan in Epcot is awesome. My son loved it last year, and its one of his favorites. T-Rex is another one of his favorites, but thats at Downtown Disney. We haven't done any of the character dining yet. Probably won't till our daughter is a little bigger.

Whispering Canyon in the Wilderness Lodge is a great place that is always a big hit with kids.

Whispering Canyon and any quick service place....lol. Although, I am not to fond of the AKL Quick Service for kids. Also check out the Fort Wilderness Campground! They have a nightly (check seasonal schedule) fire and sing along. You can purchase marshmellows to roast.

In DT Disney "T Rex" is my children's favorite place to eat. They love the dinosaurs and wooley mamoths.

At MK my kids love the "Crystal Palace". They get so excited over the "Winne the Pooh Parade" they hold there. Food is good too...

We love Casey's Corner on Main Street in Magic Kingdom for their hot dogs, fries, corn dog nuggets, and cracker jacks! We also love Columbia Harbour House. My 6 year old loves, LOVES their mac and cheese AND their clam chowder.

My favorite as a kid was the sci-fi dine in. Fun atmosphere for kids.

I really liked Liberty Tree Tavern as a kid, too. But then, I'm kind of a history nerd Smile

I just moved back after being gone for 10 years. I'm completely devastated to find out they don't have characters any more at Liberty Tree. Why on earth did they stop that?? It was my favorite place. Sad

The Prime Time Cafe in HS is incredibly fun, just don't put your elbows on the table silly

Whispering Canyon Cafe at the Wilderness Lodge and Ohana at the Polynesian are both very fun table service places to eat for kids. There's lots of fun, kid friendly entertainment that goes along with both meals. Chef Mickey's and the Crystal Palace are super winners for kid friendly Character Meals.

Hurricane Hannah's at the Yacht/Beach Club and Restaurantosaurus at Animal Kingdom serves up it's kids meals in a sand pail & shovel. I seem to recall that there are places at the Water Parks and at the Caribbean Beach that do this as well. Tons of fun to go digging with after lunch!

Oh gosh there are so many great places for kids--Ohana, Prime Time Cafe, Whispering Canyon, T Rex, Rainforest Cafe, Beirgarten...most places that aren't signature dining experiences are really accommodating. My friend just got back from taking her 2 year old and the first thing she said was that she appreciated how she could finally go out to eat at a nice restaurant and it didn't really matter if her kid made noise because there were kids everywhere.

My son was scared of Rainforest Cafe, so I imagine he will be scared of T-Rex. Sad

He loved Liberty Tree Tavern, Sci-Fi Dine In, Casey's Corner, Pizzafari (counter service pizza!) and Pizza Planet.

My kids didn't like Rainforest Cafe at all when they were little, it scared them too. As they got older it was better but y youngest was always glued to me with her head buried in my side.

My kids love the Crystal Palace, Casey's Corner (Main St at MK), Cape May (Beach Club resort), Rose & Crown Pub (Epcot), and at DTD T-Rex.
