Feast or Famine

Where would you suggest we eat on our visit to UNI? We'll have 4 day hopper tickets. I'm thinking we'll need to eat a total of 8 meals (4 lunches and 4 dinners) Mr Ferret suggested Mythos so that's at the top of out list. 1 down 7 to go LOL

3 broomsticks and the leaky cauldron are in each of the potter sections.Of course there is always krusty burger which is a selection of different food stations. (Plus they serve chicken thumbs )

I would eat at Mythos, 3 Broomsticks, Leaky Cauldron, and the rest of the meals I'd either do at City Walk or off property.

We really enjoyed Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville....the margarita volcano is fun to watch and the atmosphere is so festive!

I'll take the opposing view and say we had a not super great experience at Margaritaville. We were one of maybe 4 occupied tables in the entire restaurant, we were in there for close over an hour and half waiting for our food, and our server came to our table around 3 times that entire time we were in there. The food was just ok and the service was awful.

Mythos was good. The other TS place at IOA - is it Confisco's? - not so great. Over at Universal studios, the seafood place called, I think, Lombard's, was also good. The parks don't have a lot of TS.

For CS, the Leaky Cauldron is awesome. Three Broomstics is good, but not as good. Richter's Burgers is also good. The places that sell standard park fare are all crap. And out in City Walk, there's a hot dog joint, Hot Dog Hall of Fame, that I loved.

Wow.... total opposite of our experience Sad The place was packed and hoppin' when we went and the service was spot on. Guess you just never know.
