Per their Facebook page: We are sad to announce that October 10th will be the last Mulch, Sweat, & Shears show. October 8th is the 11 year anniversary of the show.

I am so sad about the Osborne lights! This is my first experience with something I absolutely LOVE at WDW being removed for good, and I hate it! I'm almost glad I never went to WDW before 2008, so I don't have more things to miss.

DH and I go at least 8 nights every November & December to see the lights. It's going to be so strange without them next year sad

I saw this on my newsfeed on facebook this morning. I am very sad to hear this I love the lights. I have had a chance to see them quite a few times. Even back before they were the dancing lights. I actually have the first year they became the dancing lights recorded somewhere. I guess I didn't realize that the expansions were going out into this area. Does that mean they are getting rid of the streets of America? I feel like this is a cool area especially the hidden stuff such as the "Singing in the Rain" umbrella and some of the street shop fronts are neat as well.

This is a very sad day in my book. I wish my fiance had had a chance to see them for himself. Sad(

Last year was my first year for the lights and I fell in love. When it started "snowing", I was almost in tears, it is so magical. And I swear to you, the pump in cold air.... wink There have been so many "rumors" that they were going and I just kept thinking to myself, they will never get rid of them... I am so glad we are getting to see them in a few months with Blondie. I just know she will love them.

I've never seem MS&S other than videos online and I've always read great reviews about them.

I guess to make room for the new, they have to get rid of the "old" but wonderful things... sad

I'm very sad to see both of these things go! But there were will most likely be no more streets of America once they start construction.

I am very sad to see these go. I am excited for the future of Hollywood Studios.

I am worried about this. I love streets of America and especially love Mama Melrose's. Worried the restaurant will go away. I am excited for all the new changes but always sad to see favorites go away.

We're hoping to get there before our cruise to see the Osbourne lights. My MiL has never seen them.

Oh my! I know changes have to happen but not both of these, on the heels of Off Kilter!

2 awesome music groups. Amazing lights.

But Disney will give us something new to love. Or maybe to lava. Smile

I feel very grateful to have the opportunity to see the lights again one more time, but I'm sad that this will be my last opportunity. I was really hoping that the lights would ultimately be relocated (at least in part) instead of removed entirely.

This 100%

I'm so sad about MS&S and I am BEYOND relieved that Osborne lights are still happening for one more year. There were so many rumors going around that last year would be the last one and we had been planning our first Christmas holiday trip for this year for a couple of years now so it would have been such a bummer to miss ever seeing them. Excited that we'll at least get one shot at it!

I've unfortunately never seen the Osborne Lights simply because I haven't been able to go to Disney during the holiday season. The display does seem really impressive. As for Mulch Sweat Shears, I never really saw them but from YouTube videos, they're alright and I like rock music in general but I'm not particularly a fan of "cover bands". Obviously everyone knows Star Wars and Toy Story expansion but you have to wonder is there even an incentive to go to the Studios. All that's left are 5 rides and a bunch of outdated shows. That $97 one-day ticket seems somewhat hard to justify.
