Just a quickie..Am I right in saying that the CM's at all the countries actually come from that country..In other words a CM from Greece actually is Greek..Also are they clued up to what they are selling..So if I happen to ask how a certain dish was made,he or she would be able to explain it to me...Iam so into cooking and love to ask questions about various dishes..
Most of the festival booth CMs are from the represented country, but occasionally you'll find a Florida local filling in for an international CM.
And no, I don't think all the CMs know everything there is to know about the various dishes served at their booths. If you have a question, talk to the CMs in the "kitchen," not the ones behind the cash register.

And also asking CM's for cooking info (if they knew it)would cause lines to grow even longer than they are.
