Frozen Ever After - Are you excited?

So - now that the reality has set in that Norway is getting a Frozen ride, how are you all feeling about it. Rumors are swirling that the Spring opening will be soon after April 30th. Is 'Frozen Ever After' something that you're looking forward to riding, or are you just "meh" on the whole thing?

I've always been a bit (maybe a lot) meh on the Frozen thing but I don't think I'm the target audience. If they're hoping to attract all the teenyboppers to one place leaving it easier to get onto the other stuff, then great! Wink I doubt I'm going to be able to get onto it when I visit next if the Frozen phenomena is still going by then...

I love the movie and Anna of course but I am MEH about the ride. It doesn't belong in Epcot in my opinion. I know there isn't "room" for it in MK but that is where a ride for Frozen should be. I hope someone doesn't get a bright idea to make more Princess rides in World Showcase.

That being said, I am sure we will go on it for Blondie and I am sure it's going to be beautiful (it better be) but I just don't want to like it at this point.

I agree that a Frozen ride doesn't belong in Epcot. However, I love Frozen and am excited about the ride!

I love Frozen as does Penny so I'm excited. I totally get all of the controversy and can see where that comes from, but in the end I'm going to ride it and my daughter will probably love it and that's what's really the most important to me.

I'm Frozen-ed out, but I'm still kind of excited about the ride. If nothing else, at least it will spread out the fast pass selections some more. I feel like this is going to be a Tier 1 and I've got my fingers crossed that Living with the Land will drop to Tier 2 when Frozen ride opens. Better yet, maybe Epcot will be one step closer to dropping tiered fast passes altogether!

I'm excited to see some much needed love shown to Epcot. I would have preferred they kept evolving the world showcase by adding real countries. I may just be to much of a purist at heart.

I love the movie but I wish they didn't close the Aladdin show in Disney's California Adventure to replace it with a Frozen show.

I'm a middle aged man. I'm not going to get excited about a Frozen ride unless there is actual cryogenics involved.

The sort of excitement I'd be looking for is not Disney-fit...!! haha! Tongue
