I found this over on another site and thought that I would share. It doesn't look like much yet, but I'm so excited about this one. I was talking to the Guides at Doorway to Dreams the other day and they said to expect pricing per point to be significantly higher than at Bay Lake! Yowza! Maybe I won't be adding on there.
Is anyone else stalking the Grand? What are your thoughts on construction so far and the limited details being released?
It certainly looks like it's all in the ground clearing and preparation phase with a few underground piers and pilings added in for good measure. As for the points yes i would expect a healthy jump in points from anything now existing, probably to the point that what gets me 2 weeks now will in fact only get me one week at GF. But then again there are a heck of a lot of people that can well afford to buy more points than I can. and I am sure that, that is the target audience for Disney. Definitely not the pions like me. 
At the end of the game, pawns and kings go back into the same box.
