To add a picture to your user name, you will have to access "My Account". To do that you can either click on "Edit Settings" under Forum or click on your user name.
Once under "My Account" you can scroll down toward the bottom and upload a picture that you have saved to your computer. Make sure to click on save at the bottom.
Now every time you post you will have a picture with your posts!
