How would you put together a scavanger hunt?

I recently read a post about someone wanting to put together a magical scavanger hunt and I thought it sounded like a fantastic idea. The only problem is I have no idea where to even begin putting something like this together. Any helpful ideas, tips or tricks I would greatly appreciate!

Welcome to WDW for Grownups, Summer58! I know Karli (who is in WDW right now and probably doing her scavenger hunt!!) asked forum members to private message her and her husband tasks to complete (I can't find the forum for it right now, darn!), like: "buy your wife an ornament and give it to her at dinner" or "do a wine flight"--fun tasks to accomplish together. You could also each make a list of things for the other to find and see who finishes their list first!

My husband actually seems more interested in some of the motorized boats that you can rent from Disney's Yacht Resort. He just wants to put-put down the river!

I would recommend going to the Poly, Grand Floridian or the Contemporary and renting from there. Much more room to boat.
