Is it possible to get hypoallergenic sheets?

due to allergies...

Any idea on how to make such a request?

This is a crucial issue.

Start with Guest Services (407) 939-5277. Explain your situation and what you need. They will direct you from there.

I would call your hotel directly and speak with the housekeeping manager - you don't want to have a go between. I am allergic to the fragrance of blue H20+ products and I have never had a problem with housekeeping. I always have a note made on my reservation. Guest services isn't going to have the knowledge you need. You want to speak with the Housekeeping manager at the hotel - you may have to play phone tag for a bit if calling from outside the hotel.

When I have been put into a room that has things I'm allergic to in it, I have called and explained the situation and a Housekeeping maid and manager were in my room within 10 minutes asking me about my allergies and what needed to be done to help. They've even sent people to other resorts and brought me back boxes of products that I knew for sure I wasn't allergic to.

Where are you staying?

We hear the occasional stories of poor customer service at WDW, but Kristen, your story of housekeeping going way above and beyond to accommodate your allergies reminds me of how unbelievably awesome Disney usually is.

I was just starting them with guest services Kristen to try to get to the right people. Regardless of what people think, they can not call a resort direct. Any number they call will put them through to the central call service which will answer to the name of the resort you are dialing, but will not be the actual resort.

Huh - interesting, I always assumed it was the hotel switchboard. Though that does explain why I always have to be transferred a gazillion times.

Exactly, and I know this from calling two days in a row once and got the same CM both days. She remember me from the day before since she is from PA also near where I live. I called 2 different phone numbers and she answered with the name of two different resorts and then told me she was at a central call station and all calls, regardless of what number you call for a WDW Resort, goes through there first.

However I just got off of chat with a very informative CM and learned a few things.
