Making Your Own Disney Gifts...

Well I never...Was visiting friends the other night who were at WDW in November and they had a great time with their two kids aged 6 and 8... This was their second trip and although they went from POFQ two years ago to All Stars(they got a great deal) They still enjoyed the magic..Heres the thing..Dad showed me homemade presents he has done for the two girls..He brought home some ( lol ) soap bars, but he drilled a small hole on the top of the bars, and threaded a colored rope thro them and made them " Disney soap on the ropes. " ...They are so professional looking...Then he showed me his homemade Disney coasters..He got some of the ones you get in your room with your tea & coffee and laminated them, then he bought clear plastic coasters that you can put your own pictures inside and seal..They look awesome and so professional...( he got the plastic ones from Amazon ) ...Here are the coasters laminated but yet to put inside the coaster as I have sent away for them.Have any of you done anything like this to make your own Disney Souvenirs.?

I made all of my disney friends a Minnie mouse christmas apron 2 years ago Smile I'll see if I can find a picture

I found a pic of me wearing it last year, excuse how creased it is! You can't tell from the angle im standing but there's some felt holly just above the frill.

I did also find a picture of the luggage tags I made for us and our friends.

Your apron is absolutely adorable! And the poultry looks good enough to eat! Turkey was my first guess, but then I thought it could be goose or duck. Which one is it? confused silly

Lol it was Turkey, and I can't take any credit, I was just basting it for my mum laugh that was on Christmas Day last year Laughing out loud
