'Never Again' dining experiences

The lack of the potatoes too! And the rude inattentive wait staff, I was the only none CM at the table and even all of them were commenting on how bad the service was. That trip (March 2008) was the only time I've had an issue there, or anywhere on property with a dining experience.

I am surprised with all the people who got bad service at O'Hana. I went about two years ago and the service was fantastic! It was probably the best of the six restaurants we went to! I guess we just had a couple great CMs

I don't want to speak for anyone else, but for us I'd put the start of the decline about at that time. It used to be a 'must-do' to be sure.

Oh definitely...2007 trip A-MAY-ZING...2008 trip meh, poor service, no more potatoes and my CC was charged for more then the meal and tip

Yikes, that's a scary claim. I NEVER look at the itemization of the charges to my room. They could charge me 4x and I probably wouldn't notice. Now you've got me worried. silly

I think he just split the bill completely wrong and charged beers to my side of the check i didnt even get to drink Sad

How good a time you have can also depend on how many Lapu Lapus you drink biggrin

i have not been recently, but i will say that o'hana was not as nice as it was my first few trips the last time i went. but part of that was the tragic loss of the potatoes. i'm not sure if that just tainted the rest of the meal.
