New Disney addict! Hello all!

Hi everyone!

I am new to this site but not new to Disney! My husband and two teenage children and I are Disney fanatics and are always planning for the next time we can go back to WDW.

I am excited to share and gather even more facts and fun from this great forum.

Hope you all have a great day!

Great to have you, you'll love it here, everyone is awesome and very Disney-wise. We thought we knew a lot about Disney...til we joined here, we've learned so much. This blog absolutely enhances our Disney experience!
Do you have a trip planned?

Thanks all for the warm welcome!

We don't have any upcoming trips planned but are hoping to plan for either the Spring or Fall of 2013. Our last trip was at Christmas!

I have a feeling this site will be a perfect fit for me as our oldest will be graduating at the end of this next year and then it will be only 3 more short years and we will have an empty nest.

We love Disney as I said before and finding ways for us to enjoy it as a couple will be a welcome thing. Although, we do have nieces and nephews to introduce to Mickey in the next few years yet.
Wink
What a great site!

Well hello there!! Welcome to a fantastic place to discuss all things "Grown Up" and Disney!

I'm the Mom of teens too (13, 17 & 19) and they sure do Disney differently than when they were little! I took my daughter on her first "Grown up" girls trip earlier this year, and she's begging me to take her to Epcot for her 21st Birthday so that she can attempt drinking around the world. LOL!

Howdy mteam! Welcome!!

Your kids are so cute! Was that picture taken in a Disney restaurant??

I'd love to hear more about your past Christmas trip! Did you guys stay on property? Did you get to see the Osbourne Lights? Did you visit different resorts to see their Christmas decorations??

We're so glad to have you!

Thanks Nancy! This picture was taken at Mama Melrose's in DHS about 2 years ago on my son's 13th birthday.

Our Christmas trip was really fun even though it was crowded. Smile We did stay on property as we feel that is the best way to do Disney. THis was our second time at CBR and we loved it. We did get to see the Osbourne lights and they were well worth it.
We also did a bit of resort hopping, as we usually do, and really enjoyed the decorations at Fort Wilderness the best. Probably because it was the most like home.

If you asked my husband he would say CSR, because that was the first place we stayed on our very first trip almost 10 years ago.

For me it is Port Orleans- Riverside. Love the feeling there. I am a northern girl but always feel drawn to the south.

My kids love them all but I think they really liked POP when we stayed there.
