New member, lifelong Disney fan

Hello everyone,

My name is Cindy and I am an annual passholder and live in south Florida. It makes for easy day trips to Disney. I have recently been exploring new websites and finding great places to get even more information about Disney and its history. My main passion is the food, though. Our next trip is already planned for the first weekend in November - we are getting a bunch of friends to join us for the Food & Wine Festival. I am so excited. But I'm sure I will find many things here that will feed my need until my trip.

Thanks for all the great posts. We will be staying at All Star Music for this visit. We pick our hotel based on our trip and what we want to do. The more money for food this trip, the better. No ADR's since we are only staying 1 night. My DH has been out of work for a few months (annual passes are such a lifesaver for me) so we have been playing a game for the past few months. For every thing that we buy that is not a necessity, we have to put that amount of money in the F&W bank. If we talk ourselves out of buying something, the money we would have spent goes into the bank. It's amazing how fast it grows. I get more excited every time I put money in there and I am already working on my list of things to eat and drink.

As far as favorites, I have a newfound excitement about all the parks since I have found websites and podcasts to "feed my need". Our most recent day trip was in August to Hollywood Studios where I compared pictures of the original buildings in CA to the ones in the park. Not sure DH was too excited about all my Disney trivia I talked about all day, but I had an absolute blast.

So long story long, I am excited about our trip and excited to have found some great people to enjoy that excitement with.

Yes, Angels444, those are my two favorite Disney characters. My goal in life right now is to find a 6 legged Stitch for my DH. We have looked, but only find the rare item where Stitch has all his legs. Has anyone seen them anywhere?

I am the mickey-Stitch fan and j is a HUGE stitch fan as you can see. He has over a hundred of them. These pics are just the one wall of them. The one pic just shows you how packed in they are.

Also if you look at my avatar it is the castle that stitch T.P'd and it says "Stitch is King"

If I remember right there is one we have were stitch has all legs out he is in his "space" suit and he has laser guns.

Here is the one I have. My niece says she had one that was larger and the middle arms would retract in and out. It also spoke in english and alien.

Absolutely love it! That is so awesome. I will definitely show those pictures to the DH tonight.

And it just helps to reinforce that there are other people just as crazy about Disney as me. So glad I finally found this place.
