New menu changes at WDW restaurants

Just taking a look at some of the changes...

Notably, Tokyo Dining has removed the tempura dishes. Shibuya is gone and was Jan's favorite. You should see her... Angry

And the new Flying Fish... Gone is the potato wrapped snapper! eek

Needless to say, I'm a little disappointed about the menu change at Tokyo Dining, but such is life. I get it - it can't stay the same forever. sad

I've noticed lots of changes lately. Thing is, they always seem to get rid of the top sellers at each place...

I do have to admit, I am glad they dumped the turkey legs in HS also. I don't even like to see other people gnawing on those things yuck

The baked potatoes that replaced them are pretty good.

Somehow they always get rid of the things I like most.

I'm bummed about the potato wrapped snapper (and the chicken and waffles at Sleepy Hollow for that matter) that I'll never get to try, but I've heard nothing but AMAZING things about Flying Fish since they've opened.

Yes, all the reviews I've read have been fantastic. The only thing that seems to be lacking is the dessert. Anyway, we're going to try it next month. awesome

We had Tokyo Dining booked but after the menu changes have changed to Teppan Edo as we really like it there. I must be odd but I never liked the Old Flying Fish menu but the new one and reviews have convinced us to try it, am looking forward to hearing Mr Hub, Scrappy, Ken and Jan Js opinion

We may change our Tokyo Dining ADR, but there are a couple of items I'm interested in. We'll definitely report back on our Flying Fish experience!

I"m still bummed about that chicken waffle at Sleepy Hollow! It was VERY good and a nice change from the normal quick service fare.
