New Policy Feedback - ADR Cancellation Fees

How are people doing with the new cancellation policy for ADRs? Has anyone had to cancel or change reservations since it has been in place? Have you been charged? What's your feedback?

We had to change ours from a 6 to a 5, and had no issues. It was to Ohana. Personally... I think they are only there to scare people who have literally been abusing the system. Oh... and it was changed with like 2 hours before we had to eat. We even moved up a couple ADR's with no trouble as well.

I kinda thought the same thing. Make the policy so that if someone is REALLY abusing it they can enforce it and otherwise scare people. I haven't really heard any stories of irate people who have been dinged by the policy yet.

My friends had an ADR at Le Cellier for the night I was leaving that they decided to cancel. They tried to charge a fee until my friend pointed out that the ADR was made before the policy went into effect.

Early that week we had dinner at Le Cellier. My friend had made the ADR for 4 people. Her sister canceled out on the trip so there were only 3 of us for dinner. They didn't mention anything about the fee then.

We change the number in the party all the time. I would be horrified if they tried to charge a fee on that!
